BREAKDOWN AND REPAIRS

In an effort to make boilers safer, more economical and more efficient they are becoming more complex and increasingly based around electronics rather than purely mechanical controls as older boilers tended to be. Due to this they work at much finer tolerances and this can lead to faults occurring which, although not always serious can often leave the appliance inoperable and therefore requiring a visit from a Gas Safe engineer to carry out diagnosis and repair.

 

We can attend faults on all makes and ages of domestic gas boilers be it conventional, system or combi, condensing or non-condensing and will be able to determine if the fault is appliance related or if the issue actually lies with the system or controls.

 

Any faults found, the diagnostic process and what is required to rectify the fault will be explained to you as clearly as possible before any remedial work commences.

 

We aim to keep a stock of the most commonly used parts however, due to the sheer number of boiler manufacturers and vast array of unique parts inside these boilers we rely on good relationships with various local suppliers who can often source parts and deliver to branch within 24 hours.
